Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

My name is Gabriel Fink and I have created this website to share the knowledge that I have gained through prayer, study and contemplation of the scriptures.  The tabernacle has fascinated me for over fifteen years.  My seminary teacher had us recreate a model of the tabernacle when I was a sophomore in high school, and that lesson stuck with me.  Four years later before departing on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to Mexico City, another mentor taught me some symbolic meanings of that holy structure.  This instruction had a lasting impact on my heart and mind.

The fruit of these planted seeds began to flourish upon discovery of Google Sketchup, a computer program that creates 3-D models with great ease.  So within the program I began to "build" a model of the tabernacle.  Upon starting construction, several questions began to arise as I read the scriptures.  What is a tenon?  What is the length of a cubit?  Where do the vessels of the tabernacle go?  This lead me to search and ponder the scriptures of the Old Testament in a way I had never before attempted.

The results of my study and efforts to build the tabernacle have strengthened my testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ.  "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever"1, and the tabernacle is a witness to that fact.
